Char Re-Rigging....???

Hey all,

I was just wondering how I could delete the armatures of an already rigged char, without deleting the parented mesh along with it. I would like to re-rig an old char for a better animation…

Blend on, and blend well!!!

I think Alt + P will clear the parenting between two objects…give that a try maybe?

and then you’d need to delete all the vertex group, unless you want to use them as a base for your new armature.
