This is a solid start.
The main thing I would change is the hips area. The thigh gap on your model is really intense, the original image doesn’t have that wide gap. Also, are your hips a bit too wide compared with the original? It looks to me like you modeled one side of the character without taking into account that he is posed and not perfectly symmetrical in the image and this causes the proportions to be slightly off once mirrored. You might need to do the finishing touches by eye.
Apart from that, the main flaw I can see is that the original has a collar, which you have forgotten on your model.
Finally, the hair shape is clearly important for the look of this character, so I would replicate it if you are able.
Nice. though i think the arms could be a bit longer. By the way, How do you get the feedback wanted thing? I just can’t work it out
