Checker deselect

works for me. How much verticies does your circle have? is it an even number? Verticies amount is in the footer

also do you use mirror modifier?

Hi i tried with different vertice amounts. In that case 360. No mirror modifier.

Okay I’ve realised you probably had some non-default options for the checker deselect

Yes sorry did not mention it. My settings ie are 360 vertices, Nth element 3 skip 2

yeah, looks like a bug. For a workaround you can split one vert into 2. checker deselect works fine then and then you can marge them together after you do your thing with the selection.
