here is my latest work.
As the title suggests, it is based on a childhood memory of mine. I was not the one smoking of course.
Viewport:
Very nice, very atmospheric, near perfect!
If you are ever planing to make some adjustmets, I would downlpay the very contrasting steel plate with bolt or what it is. It is stealing too much of the attention.
But other than that, wow

Also, am I high or is the tiny string of smoke is moving?
yes it moves, cause its a JIF
Very cool subtle animation! And great atmosphere.
Great scene and render! Like stepping into your memory! haha. Great detail and everything too. Only thing I can suggest is the bolt of the wood is stealing a bit of attention like Adam pointed out. The smoke seems a bit thin as well. But other than those tiny details…man this is a sick render! Well done!
Thank you guys! You are right about the bolts… somehow i missed it. I think the normals are messed up because the bolts have NGons in the middle
