Looks good so far. You might want to shorten the sled a bit though. It looks a little high.
And how did you do the trees?

looks ok so far…the trees are a background image are they? or is it just a placeholder until you model them?

Haha thats funny your thread and mine have exactly the same name…didnt know that was possible:) Keep working on the snow shader it needs a bit more texture and sparkle:P
