chrome and light,in internal blender

I made this after seeing a image on Modo.
Later i add objects to make this image more interesting.
But , how i remove the line in the lavabo ( is that the name??)
Rendered in blender whit ray and ao.

Line in lavabo=‘drain hole’ (?) - I guess thats because the vertices (points) in the mesh are separate - select the vertices with box selcet (B - and drag marque area) and then merge (ALT+M, vertices).

Also - I would add color around the walls - this would reflect on the chrome, and would make it look more alive.

I think the tiles look obvious and very revealing since its an image.Shouldnt uv mapping be a process when u add a texture not to be recognized as an image???
