Cinemanext

I sighed up with cinemanext, so i in the future purchasing for my next Home theater, i already chosen my products added them to my wish list, there products i euros not too bad less price than focals i say there on par with Klipsch
so this is my wish list with 2 different options JBL of MAG

so i have a good choice between the 2
So i just did a rough plane how it would look in my home theater room

So as you can see for the fronts 3 MAG towers for Front left center front rights, the .2 of the 7.2 the point 2 is the 2 MAG THORS
but there pricing compare to that JTRs are over priced

year betteen JTR 4000W captivators and the price of MAG Thors i go with Thors, those price for commercial cinema for home brilliant, anyone been to event cinema at Vmax so that JBL 5742 three of them behind the screen just over 8FT 2427mm tall.

Commercial home theater cont, so i refine it

As you can see it would sound awesome using Playstation game would sound like Imax in my living room off tap i have thought about using atmos

…but can your ears actually hear that range?

I ask, because a friend of mine is an audiophile. He purchased a set of speakers worth around 40000 euro to replace his old set of ~ 8000 euro.

He invited us (all his friends) over and claimed he could clearly hear the difference in quality compared to his older set. In particular the higher tones, and according to him “it requires an experienced ear” to hear that difference, because we told him we couldn’t hear any compared to his old set.

Now, here’s the funny part: he had his ears tested, and the test revealed that he has lost a large part of his higher frequencies and part of his mid frequencies.

Which means it is physically impossible for him to hear any difference between a set of 40000 euro speakers or a set of $1000. Well, perhaps in the lower frequencies.

So it really was an utter waste of money. Better spent on a pair of high fidelity hearing aids.

PS he refuses to get hearing aids. And is still convinced his newer speakers deliver better sound (well, they do: but he can’t hear it).

Who are these “most people”? Because seeing these prices, I doubt many people can actually afford these consumer sound systems.

Well dont forget there are hobnobs can afford Focal Utopia Grand priced at $270,000 a pair

Hearing aids for old ancient people, its what people are interested in because maybe he can tell sound quality, just like me i got the Event Cinemas at westfield Marion, and when i watch a movie my 7.2 ch Sony muteki does not produce those awesome sound quality, also i do notice when i go to the cinema i am nearly the only one in there, i remember decades ago cinemas use to be packed, now cinemas are becoming like dinosaures, i know why i use to watch Youthman seeing people building there own cinema in there room, the way youthman say purchasing all in one hit impossible purchase a bit at a time, so i chose comercial cinema speakers because they resinate with me.

Excuse me sir i can prove line array can be used in home so here we go enjoy,
