when I go in circle select and move around, this is what happens:

That’s because you are in SculptMode. See it there in the lower left corner of your screen capture. Open that menu and go to EDIT mode and all will be fine.

no, the sculpt isen’t bothering me…

its the track my circle leaves… :frowning:

I have the same problem (in EDIT mode).

It also happens when I am in drag select mode, not only in edit mode, but also in the action editor etc.

I think it’s some bug in 2.42
