Circular arrays Issue - not centered

I am trying to create a circular array just as it’s been explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLGYsd4lEjY and after I’ve successfully managed to do it for a set of cylinders, for some reason I’m unable to properly center the second set as shown in the video below:

What could be the culprit here as I am doing the exact same process as the first time.

Blender is terrible with circular arrays and actually arrays in general.
I am not sure where you problem is but you should probably skip the traditional method and simply make on or download one in geometry nodes.

I managed to get this done.

So I made 2 mistakes:

  1. I didn’t uncheck the "Relative Offset
  2. I didn’t make the same rotation for the Empty - Plain axes as I did for the Cylinder
