Trying to get a grip on Cycles. The idea was to give life to this room. Feedback and critique is wellcome!
Nice start , the chairs looks out of scale , they are too big.

Great start! I agree with the scale being a bit off, but I think it might not just be the chairs, the room itself seems too small to me.
In terms of giving it life, it’s all about adding in details. Where are the white board markers / erasers? Does the teacher have a desk? The far wall with paintings and lights looks like it’s from a modern house apartment and not a classroom.

The room is inspired by the classroom in the art school where I teach.
The scale is done by the numbers, I moved the chairs closer to the tables and I think it looks more correct.
The next step is to fill the room with stuff and texture. The images on the wall need new textures, things needs to look a bit more used and so forth…
Its a project for learning Cycles, I do a lot of mistakes…
