‘Without losing any existing details…’ Remeshes and loses details. 
Looks like another decent option for tab sculpting. Would much rather pull inserted sphere primitives around than work from that block base thingie though.
I like that the UI is uncluttered and there are nicely accessible brush icons of a suitable size within easy reach.
