Hi, hopefully this is an easy one to answer.
I am using Blender 2.63 to colour grade some movie clips I have imported.
For each clip, I have made a unique scene.
When I go into VSE and add the scenes, I dont get my clips, but do get a grey 3d box. I have tried rendering animation from in compositor window, and adding in again, and it is still a grey box…
How can I do this?

Compositor is the last step in the render chain, after the VSE. What you see is the render result from that scene (3D) so no comp nodes. The only work arounds are render out and import or make a proxy of your scene strip. See my tutorials in sig below.

hrm… I thought it was the other way around… at least it used to be - but I haven’t used the vse much since they killed my beloved seq plugins… the vse still needs alot of work(…for instance, there is still a menu entry for the seq plugins even though there seems to be no hope to ever see them again) and I think that the input scene strip is buggy
