It’s beautiful, although looks like it would be more suited to a background scene. The contrast of a rustic object with a minimalistic (hence futuristic) scene is not quite the right setup.
what rocketman said is 100% truth. The clock is far beyond beautiful however, the simple silver, reflective “table” severly crushes the potential of your work. Other than that, superb clock render!!! Let us know when you change the background as i’m excited to see what it will look like!!

If u want this piece to be on its own rather than in a full enviroment I would suggest a simple white screen (apple spoof) effect to simulate a studio enviroment. Atleast then nothing would draw attention from the clock.
Wow! That clock really is fantastic! Place that in an old fashioned room and that would get you an easy 5 star image!

I tend to agree with Kothe a bit on the quality of the image used for the texture. It does look a tad low res.
The model itself is very nicely done. Depending on how far back, or where it is placed in the final scene, you may want to bevel those edges. Way too sharp and clearly shows that it is a model.

But Rocketman has a good point.
I think you should try to make a table in the same style and change the background color to a bit brown/beige or make an old styled wall.

[Kothe]: here it is - original image has resolution 1024*1024 ( I know, - to small, but the clock was primary made for the bigger scene;) ).
