closing a mesh, coke bottle modified.

I have been following the tutorial ( and have modified it slightly to make a poland spring bottle instead. When I finally have the beizer curve converted to a mesh and spindup’ed 360, there are no faces to add texture to, etc. Can someone please point out how to close these verticies or what step I most likely missed in the tutorial.

There is no step you could have missed. You have a row of verts attatched to one another by edges and in edit mode you select all verts and hit “Spin”. It MUST create faces.

Are you sure you have your 3D view set to Solid mode (Z)?

Are you sure that in F7 the Drawmode for that obj is Shaded and not Wire?
