Simple Infection Setup with New Sim Geometry Nodes

Simple set up using new simulation nodes of GN. Might be useful for a lot of things like growing stuff, particles vs. Haven’t tried but I guess you can feed it to cloth, smoke sims etc. [infection] [particle]
