Cloth simulation of object with separate meshes

Hello everyone, I’ve a issue with cloth simulation of object which made of separate meshes, cloth itself simulates fine, but additional objects just fall off that cloth.

My character have skirt with rings on the ends, and them falling after cloth simulation, the skirt itself pinned with pin group and works fine. (On screenshot shown the rings which falling). Is it possible to pin them to cloth and make them be like they hanging on cloth

You can make the rings separate objects, then parent the rings to the skirt using the vertex parent (triangle) option:
