Clothes clipping through the chipmunk

Hello to you all! Please I need help with this one:

Without hitting play to see the cloth simulation:


After hitting play for the cloth animation:


I tried parenting the trench coat to the rig, used data transfer and I still can’t seem to find the solution to this.

Well it is a weighting issue between the clothes and the mesh. The easiest way is to just mask the parts that poke through. Or, you can adjust the weights manually and adjust the topology so it better matches the mesh.

I would add a single bone sticking out of its elbow. And increase weight paint of clothing affecting it more than the elbow of the character skin. And do the same as for its shoulders.
