Coca Cola

HI,
I am new to Blender and 3D in general. After watching multiple tutorials. I felt that I am stuck with just watching tuts. So, I wanted to model something VERY simple to focus on quads and try to improve my texturing.

I realized that the logo is low quality after I finished the render :S I didn’t want to re render
I want to go ahead with the next mini project.

Really solid modelling. I can’t imagine it takes too long to render this one out. Would probably be worth using a higher res texture, and re-rendering.

Thanks man! I will definitely re-render it again!

Good start and great job on the topology. Something you could do to take advantage of the low resolution texture is to put the words “digital edition” underneath the Coca-Cola emblem. Then you’ve made something unique. Also, try adding a small dent near the rim of the can for added realism. Create a brushed metal texture on the top part using a noise texture that is scaled to 1000 in one direction. There are many tutorials on how to do this. Andrew Price has a nice tutorial (although 10 years old now) on how to add condensation drops to cans at https://youtu.be/ivqRhnZu_kQ
Also, using an hdri lighting environment would enhance the scene. Not hard to do and would be helpful on future scenes.

Thanks for the valuable feedback. I really appreciate it
I will definitely keep all the points in mind for the next project.

Thanks
