Coding in the cloud with python for blender

Hello to all,
I am trying to do a few things with Python, and I was wondering if it was possible to host somewhere blender to have a testing tool. We have render farm why not having a virtual console.
Example but not related with Blender

You can get a Google Cloud account with the Google Compute Engine and install Blender. They give you a credit of $300 up to a year to use it. The pices are fairly reasonable.

I have been testing Blender using Python scripts in my account.

Python is pre-installed, but you will need to install Blender yourself. Not to worry, there are some fairly good instructions at Blender on Virtual Desktop in the Cloud?.
