Coffee time

Hi guys. I just finished working on this one. The coffee beans and sack were the challenges on this one. Took me a day to complete. Created in blender 2.92 and rendered in cycles.

Good texturing and well modeled bag. Is it cappuccino in the cup?

Is the top of the coffee a texture? Did you use a physics simulation for the coffee beans?

The top is a circle with PBR texture I generated using Materialize. Then I used the following tutorial to apply in blender https://atlantis-studios.net/easy-way-to-organize-apply-and-reuse-pbr-textures-on-blender/

The coffee beans are variations of five reading out manually. Check out the clay render below

Ahaha! One layer of scattered beans on top of a textured, displaced/sculpted surface–nifty trick!

And wow, that spoon is so much better shaped than my spoons. Of course, you probably put in tons more effort than I did on either of my models…
