Color Management Settings for use in DaVinci Resolve

I’ve been rendering in OpenEXR with Output Properties Color Management set to Override Filmic sRGB. I chose these settings because they display correctly in DaVinci Resolve without my needing any CST or LUT, which is convenient. The problem is that nearly every available LUT displays as washed out, looking like Log footage. I’ve rendered a lot of footage using these settings but am willing to re-render all of it using different settings if it will allow me to use more LUTs.
I know that a more common setting is Follow Scene, which I believe uses the Color Management settings in the Render Properties tab. Is this a better route and what settings are best for color correction in DaVinci Resolve? What are the corresponding correct Project Settings in DaVinci Resolve? Which LUTs can I then use and do I need CSTs (do I need one or two and what settings are correct)? Example available LUTs are DCI-P3 Kodac 2383 DSS etc.).

Use the “new” Working Space feature in Blender 5.0. Set it to ACEScg and use ACES 1.3 or ACES 2.0 view transform, depending on your pipeline.

I tried out 5.0 and my renders looked quite different in terms of lighting and other rendering aspects (not sure why) and i’d prefer to stay with 4.5 because this project is basically done.
But I will definitely try this on my next project! Thanks.
