Does anybody know if blender’s internal render has color mapping (something like v-ray) or does it use just linear color mapping?
If it doesn’t, could it be done with nodes? In vray I use HSVExponential, wich usually yields the best results and it would be a shame if blender is only linear.
Blender internal is 32bits per pixel (high dynamic range) which I believe is more like a curve with falloff. In the nodes compositor you can adjust your images via an RGB Curves node or an HSV node. The HSV node provides only linear adjustments.
