I’m fairly new to playing around with materials, I’ve largely just been using the Principled BDSF with textures plugged in. I’ve hit a material I’m struggling with though and can’t figure out how to do it so was hoping someone might be able to help.
Basically I’m trying to create a material where the highlights are a different colour, so the base material is greyish, but then there’s a golden sheen as the camera moves across. I assumed I’d be able to do something with the light path node, but if that is the answer I sure can’t figure it out.
So any thoughts on how this may be possible? Anything would be greatly appreciated.
