Combining all Textures into one? Help a Noob day is Today!

So, I have made a little Totoro looking Tiger with arms, feet, tail, ears and eyes and a body.

Since I am new to 3D modelling and Blender it took some effort…

I created every body part separately, unwrapped it and painted a texture for that body part.

I am using the tiger model in a Unity game and would like to reduce Draw Calls by letting the whole tiger use a single material/texture in Unity.

The body parts still need to be separate objects since they move independently.

IS there a way to do this?

And is there a way to combine my already unwrapped and painted textures into one and keeping the UV data so I don’t have to unwrap again (hard to put the seems at the same place so that it fits my already painted texture)?

Many Thanks!
