Command line rendering, specifying which scene to render

I’ve been trying to play with command line rendering for some batch rendering. I have several scenes in my blender file and I want to render them all. I thought the option for specifying that was -S and then the file name of the scene. None of the documentation goes very deep into this, and my tests with it just ended up rendering whatever scene was active in the blender file.

Is there a way to specify which scene to render within a blender file when doing command line rendering?

Thanks.

Just stumbled over the same problem. Seems to be broken in 2.5x.

EDIT: Hmm. Just fails in my real world scenes, works with a simple testscene…
