Command Salamander in desert (warhammer 40k)

My latest improvements is adding a bump map with rivets and dents to the armor using blenders image editor.
I also added a lighter horizon and removed some light sources and added ambient light in stead, to get rid of some shadows. I guess I could have claimed it was a binary start system, but it does seem more realistic with just one sun.

I think I’ll work some more on the light, to get a lighter image and less shade on the sand dunes further away.

try playing with a sun and ambiance occlusion.

I’ve worked on the light and a bit on textures and colors, but it’s not really progressing.
