Compatibility between 64-bit and 32-bit blender?

hi guys,

I have some blender files that I created using 32-bit blender, now I have access to a 64 bit blender, would there be any problems for me to use the 32-bit blender with the 64 bit blender executable?

Hi didu, this week I installed Kubuntu 64, and made 32 bits to 64 bits and vice versa tests and everything worked perfectly fine.
I was worried about the compatibility issue too, bu fortunately it all worked really well.

There shouldn’t be any compatibility issues between 32bit - 64bits anymore.
