Hello, folks:
Working on a challenge entry for CGChallenge.com. Just finished the wireframe model to “underly” a backplate image. Creating geometry with a fixed point of reference was a bit of a challenge.
Here’s what I got: the wireframe is superimposed over the image it’s supposed to match. There are overlapping canyons in a few places, which made it extra hard to figure, so some of the mesh faces don’t look like they belong: they’ll be hidden by something in front of it.
Any suggestions for improvement? Any hints on technique of how folks have done this stuff in the past?
Thanks!
