It bugs me A LOT that numpad -"." doesn’t do anything when nothing is selected. Lazy key!
I’d prefer that, if nothing is selected, a FRAME ALL is executed.
How difficult would that conditional be to implement?

Machin3tools “smart frame” have this functionality (and even more) - and there are other addons (like embark addon) that have same frame operator functionality, but i use this one.
