I just posted this on my Instagram. Very curious what you guys think of the render.
The text beneath the post:
A diet of three meals with snacks is ingrained in our culture. The abundance of food and extensive marketing in developed nations have caused this. However, studies show that intermittent fasting can potentially have many health benefits. Intermittent fasting means you don’t eat for a period of time each day or week. It could reduce the risk of cancer, obesity, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease.
Studies on animals show that intermittent fasting improves their health over their lifetime. In humans, the long-term effects are not yet known, as studies in humans are mainly of relatively short duration, over a period of months. Nevertheless, this persuaded me to try intermittent fasting. However, against my expectations, I was not hungry at all at the while fasting. This made me wonder. To what extent is hunger conditioned?
!Warning! Intermittent fasting could be dangerous. For example, when taking certain medications or if you have a history of eating disorders. Therefore, always do proper research first if you decide to try it.
