Configure Instanced Objects?

Hey there…
I have a question/problem.

Lets say I have an object that has some properties that configure the behavior of it.
And now I want to link it in via Group Instances. Is it possible to configure those object properties for each instance seperately? The problem is, I have no access from my instanced object to my main object properties…

Does anyone know if there is a way to do so?

There is no support for it yet. Moerdn wrote a patch for that, but it is in private version.

You can use the LinkLib. It provides a quite good guess on instance matching.
In post#2 you can find some video-tutorials. Have a look at the console for configuration errors.
