I’m some what dismayed about how to install the CG Cookie Theme: https://github.com/CGCookie/script-bakery/blob/master/scripts/presets/interface_theme/cgcookie.xml. I searched google for the answer, when I go to https://github.com/CGCookie/script-bakery I see other items. Is there one which in particular I’m looking for?; Am I to use scripts, release - then do I ‘Save As’ , I downloaded the GitHub, but still is what is confusing. Clarification will help alot.
Themes are not related to python scripting.
Go to File > User Preferences > Themes and click Install Theme… Locate the theme xml and load it. There should a new theme in the dropdown afterwards.
That script-bakery repo provides addon packs in the release folder:
Download and install as addon (File > User Preferences > Addons > Install from file…), do not unpack the zip.
