Continue Extruding in 2.80+

Hello,

I tried to find the answer to the question, but found only for versions up to 2.8.
Up to 2.8 it was possible to continue extruding while holding the CTRL button (if I understood correctly).

But how continue extruding in 2.80+?

Ctrl right click will extrude to the mouse cursor. Shift r will repeat the last operation if you extruded for instance.

To the mouse cursor it’s not the same than continue extruding…
I need to manipulate extruded element before I agree with location…

This is the Mesh Tools Addon: Multi Extrude. Would this work?
