Controlled sculpt - keep a hole shape while moving a surface


As mentioned in the title, I’m not too sure how to sculpt a volume without deforming a hole in it. Is this even possible?


I’ve tried but the problem with masking is it doesn’t not follow along.

To simplify : I have a plan with a circular hole, the plan need to move with the hole but without deforming the circular shape. (The real case has more holes and a more complicated shape, that’s why I would prefer to do it with sculpt rather than the edit mode)
