I finally found the Oscurart rope addon. Is there a tutorial online or does someone know how to work with this? I need to pin one end of it and have it be affected by the wind or animate to look that way.

the last is from here, but i didn’t test if it is bmesh compatible!
well for the Bmesh there will probably be new way of doing it
which will be required anyway after 2.63 release in a few weeks !
