Convert Hair particle system to rigid bodies

I’m using a “hair” particle system to generate LEGO bricks across a surface. I need that to generate them, but then I want to use them as normal meshes. I want to do something like bake it so the emitter disappears and I have all my bricks as individual meshes. Here’s a link to the file.

To convert particles to real geometry press the big ‘Convert’ button in the Particle System modifier

Thanks, I will. Also, before I do this, how do I assign each brick, randomly, one of a few colors that I pick?

50% Will be red
25% blue, 25% aqua. Add more stops for more colors.
