On web pages where you can not directly download a py file, how do you convert the text to a py file. Do you highlight and copy the highlight of the word script, paste it in a word processor and save it as a word file. and then add .py to the name of the file. Thanks

or copy text and save it on a py file!

but I dont think the .py ending is necessary. the blender texteditor can open any text file.

but you can pass the text into the text editor!
