Converting texture coordinates to UV

I was just wondering if there was a script out there that would convert Orco, sticky, or global texture coordinates to UV, reason being you can then display them on your model inside Blender. I know that with some time and effort you can usually achieve the same results, but my particular situation has a bunch of objects that were mapped with sticky textures (textures stuck on from the camera’s viewpoint) and then moved around, and it would be a pain to have to go back and map them with UV textures, so is there a way to convert them in Blender or via a script?
