I was wondering how to convert a .blend file to some other file which can be viewed thorugh image displayers.
I would try to expain it , but I’m still too new at this myself. Try tutorial # 19 from this collection. ( some of these are realy good!)

Just go to file>>save VRML(or DXF, or whatever), then if you want it in say, 3DS, you have to use a converter, such as ‘crossroads’, which is free btw.
Go to display buttons, F10, bottom right and choose from the dropdown menu a format that your image viewer can read (.tga, .jpeg etc)
Render your scene and then put your mouse in the 3D window and hit F3. Save that render as an image and print the name and extension under the destination folder.
Now you can view it as an image.
