I´ve updated the image. I think it´s better now.
One critique though would be with the diving board motion blur. Removing or minimizing it would make a better image I think. It just feels out of place ant that moment. It’s like everything stood still except for the diving board and it kinda ruins the whole feel of the piece. Other than that its absolutely fantastic. 
I would actually argue that the motion blur there is quite appropriate… what takes me out of the image is that the elephant isn’t blurred! Now I recognize you might want it crisp for the sake of showing off the detail, but if you were looking for some improvement then perhaps a compromise on the overall motion blur could be met.
edit: composition wise, it’s also slightly strange looking how the motion-blurred board is perfectly in line with the horizon while there is still another higher up board which your eye is more likely to see first – since the moving boar is more significant, a slightly different height or perspective of the camera to move it up “into” the sky would really help

would love to see the wave created by that bomb!
and regardless of any improvements that could be made , life is short i appreciate the moment .
