Hi-If I have an NLA strip of a left-arm motion, and I’d like to copy it (hopefully with a little offset) to a right-arm motion, is there any way to do that? I no longer have the Actions or Dope Sheet forms of the animation to grab, so I can’t figure out how to link this up. Any help much appreciated!
If you have an NLA strip, you have actions-- that’s what NLA references. There’s no NLA without actions.
Look for actions in your dope sheet->action editor.
I believe you’d have to make a new action, where you can make a duplicate of the old action and copy/paste mirrored. If your armature is set up right to mirror poses.
