Say I want to copy some faces and paste them somewhere else within the scene. I did the obvious and his ctrl+c, but even when my mouse is over the model or whatever it doesn’t give me a single option which copies the dang faces or object. What do I do?
Also, how do I select only one mesh when two are really close together/on top on each other, and is it possible to organize meshes by grouping/ungrouping them?
copy´n paste is impossible, u can only duplicate the vertices shift+d
to group select the vertices click f9 and name de group click assign

If you have two meshes ontop of eachother click a vertex, and hit CTRL-L to select all connected. You can now hit P to separate that mesh and make it a separate object. To further ease selection, move one of the objects into a different layer by pressing M and choosing a layer. To display two layers, SHIFT-Click on the layers you want to see.
