Copy rotation between bones in another angle

I wonder if someone can help me figure out what to do …

I need to HELM(LEME) bone rotation is changed according to the rotation of the bone wheel, but on different axes, for example as X represents WHEEL(VOLANTE) rotate the steering rotation Z.

I tried with several constraints (copy rotation, transformation, to track) and nothing.
Any ideas?

drivers, or i guess that copy rotation in local to local mode with the bones oriented properly

Transformation constraint does the trick, it’s just a bit confusing on set up, see attached .blend file.

Or as gmendieta suggests, drivers should do the trick as well…
