copy the Scale input of X & Y of Z if i set correct the Z height Dimension?

scenario :
if i import object to blender
and know the height is wrong (z - dimension) , then i began to correct its dimension height
by typing the value in properties tool shelf

after that
the scale value of z has new value while the x & y is unremain unchanged which makes the object looks squashed / distorted or not quite look right because the aspect ratio is not maintained

now i need to manually copy & paste the new Z scale to X and Y

Question : is there quick way to automate this without copying and pasting?

note : i dont want to gizmo scale ( center white circle ) i was looking for alternative method similar to scale gizmo but with input method because i dont like scrubby scaling method

what im looking for is.
if i set the correct height at property shelf
the value in scale will all be the same

im looking quick way to reduce the keystroke when inputting values in tool shelf

ex. similar to gizmo transform when you change the dimension by dragging the center white circle the value of XYZ are all same

but i find scrubby is not productive and fast when using tablet

Now when i try to use input value in ( the property shelf )
the problem is it added new keystroke
like ctrl c + ctrl v

and i like to avoid copy / paste
i just want to input height value then it will automatically copy the Z value of scale to X & Y like the gizmo is doing
