Copying a keyed object,nullify it's keys and parents Not working

I need to copy a cup,the original is parented to an armature.
So I get it to where I want,copy it,unparent it but keep it’s coordinates(clear track),
but the two still share the same NLA key frames.
What am I doing wrong?
