Copying models from different Blender files

Its might be very simple but I could not do it.

Supose I just finished and saved a Blender file which includes some different models. I´d like to use one of these models in other Blender project.

What is the best way to do this ?

Use append

File --> append.

choose the .blend file then once inside, click object, then choose your object.

(This should be in Blender General)
