I have constructed this nose but i’m not sure if everything is in the right place. Also, for some reason i have ended up with a triangle.
Here’s one I just did. It’s far from perfect, but I think it’s close enough to give you a general idea.

Now, I typed nose topology in google images and found these.
You can fix or delete the triangle there, even if it makes a temporary mess in that area.
Some times it happens you get triangles, but rotating edges or welding vertices and faces , can reduce or eliminate the triangles, and after that you can use loopcuts again an model the part that was screwed.
pd: if triangles are in a zone that is not deforming or animating, or is not visible… its not important.
