Could somebody rig this model

Hello,

Would anyone be interested in rigging this model, I opened this file from blendswap, I edited it from what it was objects in different layers, and put into one, and removed the modifier it had on them. You don’t have to animate it, I will try that. I’ll see where this goes with this.

Hey, I used the rigify addon to rig your robot for you, i hope that’s ok? There are a couple of things to know about using an IK/FK rig like this which are covered in the last few minutes of this video https://youtu.be/dYiAd_08-0k?t=1039 , also its a good reference for using this rig to rig other stuff in the future.

It isn’t mine, from blendswap, I was hoping to use this for a project in the game engine. I’ve ported into my scene, but can’t make much out of it.

If you watch a few minutes of the link i sent you, you will know how to use it. It’s perfectly usable for the game engine. I can make a simpler rig, just it will take loads more of my time compared to the relatively small amount of time taken to learn how to use the rigify rig.

I made you a simple rig. Good luck. Highly recommend you learn to use both FK and IK rigs in the future if you want to get more into 3D modeling though. - (edit - connected hips, legs and base bones, fixed finger parents and a foot parenting issue)
