A quick introduction.
Ok I’m new to blender being that i over looked it for ages, but I’m happy i finally taken a look at it because its all i need (almost all i need).
So i learned how to find my way around the program and i will mostly be using the program, to see what my models look like in the game world or even movie clip.
I’m not into makes game’s i just build the models allow making a simple walk around game to test my animations etc might become use full.
So basically I’m going to use this program for viewing models in game worlds, animations and maybe texturing them.
Ok then but as im new to blender and the only version i used is 2.48, so what should i do to get it to move on its own.
Or could you ponit me to some more update version of the tutorial please.
Most of the basic ones are still valid. And trial and error is a really good way to learn. You always (well note always, python scripts can replace some actuators) need Sensor->controller->actuator.
This is very true i do mostly learn from trail and error.
Is python easy to learn or not becuase i may one day use it, but for a long time i wont even be making games so its not need for me.
If you have learned an other language before it’s easy. If you are unfamiliar with programming it takes a little more. Once you get the way to think it’s easy.
I guess so i did once know abit of coding from 2 old programs i used to use.
But right now i got a problem and its my imagination(Its gone) i’ve been useless with ideas for like the last 2 years.
