Could this be a bug on wireframe vanishing at certain angles?

When i orbit my model in perspective view the wireframe(talking about wireframe over solid here) disappear at certain angles(not talking about clipping here) but if i am in orthographic view all is fine?

I know by years of using 3ds max that many viewport features don’t work correctly in perspective so maybe this only have to do with the way opengl is displayed in perspective view but i could be wrong.


Re starting blender fix it but after working for awhile it randomly start to make it again and i am starting to wonder if it has something to do with my 2060?
